Patricia Alston, a qualified Landscape Architect and Planner set up Environmental Designworks in 1995. Since then, the Practice has established a successful and proven track record of delivering quality environmental projects of a consistently high standard.

 

Her multidisciplinary professional background has allowed her to undertake a wide variety of landscape and environmental planning work.  Projects range from:  landscape design, specification and implementation; landscape management and restoration plans; landscape masterplanning; landscape strategy and framework guidelines; landscape character and visual assessments; environmental impact assessment report project co ordination; and planning inquiries.

 

Patricia applies her skills, knowledge and experience to a broad range of complex environmental work and enjoys the collaborative input of other creative, talented specialists to meet the specific requirements of a project. Project teams with different experiences and perspectives foster innovation, improve the quality of decisions, and strengthen adaptability in changing environments.

 

Her approach and commitment is reflected in the long term involvement with a number of projects from inception through to development completion, restoration and ongoing management, and also the number of return Clients to the Practice.
